• Roller bottles are one of the most popular ways to use essential oils for topical application.

• Steps:

  1. Remove the rollerball top from the bottle (it usually just pulls out).

  2. Add your desired number of essential oil drops.

  3. Fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil (like Jojoba, Sweet Almond, or Fractionated Coconut Oil).

  4. Re-insert the rollerball and screw on the cap tightly.

  5. Shake gently to mix.
